Absolutely terrible experience with this company. One of their drivers first blocked my neighbor’s driveway, and when asked to move, he pulled forward and completely blocked mine. When I stepped outside and politely said, “Hey, I come and go often, could you please not block my driveway?” he immediately became combative, rude, and aggressive. There were plenty of open spots he could have used that did not block anyone in. I told him that it was illegal to block a driveway and he yelled at me and called me a “Karen.” I unders... read more
My review concerns the employee I interacted with. Unfortunately, he was quite rude and came across as very unhappy in his role. It made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
These guys are the best! Friendly, quick and professional. Highly recommend!!
Outstanding service! I called Ken with an electrical issue and he was able to talk me through fixing it over the phone, saved me hundreds of dollars on a house call. Will be a customer for as long as we live in the area!
