This is the second time I've brought my wood truck to KO and they fixed what needed to be fixed. They got me in same day as I called which was very nice considering it's a week or two out for most shops in the area. The only thing that I can complain about is after they fixed the tail lights wiring they didn't cap it tape the wires...... which was no big deal.i did it myself in 2 minutes. Other than that they were great, fast and efficient. Would recommend this shop to friends and family.

While my wife and I were traveling in Montana from Oregon in our motorhome we experienced a severe loss of power to the point we drove over 20 miles at no more than 15 mph. We stopped at KO auto hoping for any assistance they could provide. Although they were busy and booked for the day they ran a diagnostic on our motorhome and determined what the problem was and fit us into their already full schedule and got us back on the road. Charles and his team were fantastic. I was in a real bind and they could not been friendlier, and efficient in getting our work truck back on the job. Special shout out to Charles for always seeming to have a solution with a smile.
