Horrible experience. I have never been so uncomfortable getting my nails done in my life. I made an appointment as suggested by the nail tech, when I got to my appointment I let the front desk know and they showed me to a chair. Then the woman I had previously storms into the room and starts yelling at me. Yes, yelling at me for not specifically saying I had an appointment with HER. She hadn't even told me her name. I’ve only been going here because of a gift card, but the seats are always dirty with nail product on them where you’d rest your arm or belongings, and the brushes/pumices for pedis are NOT new each time. They’re fanned out and worn in, so gross and unhygienic. Staff is also kind of rude and acts short. Had to ask for a second coat of polish because it looked sloppy. Oh my gosh, I just got done with Going in there with the best experience ever. I only went in for a pedicure, but my girl that I’ve had for the first time her name is Sarah looked at my fingernails and said I definitely needed a manicure which I thought was no Hope for my nails. I was amazed what a great Job she did on my pedicure and my manicure. So I just wanna give a big shout out to Sarah. Two stars bc my sister & grandma got a pedicure and it looked decent but I came for my nails and honestly it came out so messy. The shape was so bad and the chrome was barely visible. I can’t remember the name of the tech, maybe Richard? Idk it was a guy though and he was rushing and shook my hand pretty rough to get me to flip it like geez have some respect.
