Always very pleasant and my mother loves going there too!
Consumer beware. This place was alarmingly unsanitary. The tools had significant visible buildup and residue, and the sterilization envelopes looked weathered and questionable. I was also cut deeply and painfully multiple times during the service, which made the condition of the tools even more concerning. I left genuinely worried about my safety from the service. Please take a close look at their sanitation procedures before allowing any service.
Horrible experience. I have never been so uncomfortable getting my nails done in my life. I made an appointment as suggested by the nail tech, when I got to my appointment I let the front desk know and they showed me to a chair. Then the woman I had previously storms into the room and starts yelling at me. Yes, yelling at me for not specifically saying I had an appointment with HER. She hadn't even told me her name.
