I have gone to this place for years. The last time I went the tech was rude and continously trying to get me the more expensive pedicure. I told my self I was gonna stop going because each visit the service got worse and worse but I liked the smaller shop that wasn't so busy. She held no conversation until towards the end of my service. Even though this location has gone down alot I still choose to support their business. Horrible!! Don’t even waste your time or money! The salon has continued to go waaayyy down hill over the years. Service is not good, not clean and likely not sanitary, and my nails look like a very inexperienced 5 year old did them, unreal!! I said I wanted acrylic but I believe she charged for gel (and I believe also used gel but that’s not what I wanted) as it was $55, I don’t think acrylics are that much but who knows as the service board with prices is very messy and hard to even read and know what is what. Do NOT go here. **update** all nails are off in 3 days…. It’s crazy They do not care about walk in’s at all. I came in with my daughter, (4 years old) checked if they had time for us was told they do and proceeded to be int shop for 4 hours, and Everything went wrong. 1. Asked for color only charged for a pedicure for my daughter 2. Asked for a soak off during my pedicure so I didn’t have to wait- did not listen 3.
