I called in asking for a quote for a minor logbook service. I was told $200 over the phone. After the service, the total came to $280. An additional $40 for the engine filter, $40 for the cabin air filter. While $280 isn't unreasonable for a service, being told $200 over the phone and then having additional costs tacked on feels like a bait and switch when filters are always included in a minor service.
