The owner and his employees were very professional, on time, and provided great service. His company took good care to restore our property to normal after a deviating tornado. They made the process easy!
Excellent Work and Professional Service! Kevin of K&N Renovations did an outstanding job repairing our home after a water pipe burst. They completely renovated our bathroom—replacing the tile floor, vanity, and toilet—and the results look beautiful. I’ve used Kevin twice (first for an insurance claim in our basement and the second time for a roof leak) and they were great to work with each time. Kevin advised us on how to work with the insurance company and even communicated with them on our behalf. He also kept us up to date and informed on the work that was being done or would need to be done. I will use Kevin again the next time we have an issue with our house without hesitation.
I had water damage due to a sewage issue and K & N Renovations was recommended to me by the company that did the clean up. I had not had positive experiences with contractors in the past so I was guarded in dealing with another. I can’t say enough great things about this company! They repaired my grandfather’s roof and siding after his neighbor’s tree fell on the house, and they handled everything with such professionalism.
