The male nail technician filed my fingers and toes so hard that a cut them. They bled. I complained and asked for it to be documented just in case the cuts become infected or anything. I waited my normal time to get a refill and pedicure, and thankfully nothing happened. I arrived and was told that they would not have time to provide me service because they were going to a party. I went to Kevin he did an awesome job. I got a pedicure and gel nails and he did them just how I want them. he did not rush he took his time and I will be back.
