Decided to get some self-care this Sunday for my bachelor party in Miami. Nail technician took her time & was very detail oriented. No polish ayo pause.
So this my second time coming here and Kevin does my nails. This time though he was so rough, cut my fingers up and literally within a couple hours, my nail had come off and the rest of them are feeling loose. My totally disappointed. Asked for a refund and they had all the excuses to not work with me. Update: later on tonight, 2 more nails have came off
Love them down. Always great customer service
