I am not one to write reviews; however, I feel that prospective customers need to be aware of what to expect when ordering custom fabric projects through K&N. I purchased custom drapes from them and am extremely disappointed with their client relations, customer service, and communication. After being ridiculed by the owner, accused of being dishonest by employees (and the owner), named called, and hung up on I would suggest utilizing another drapery business elsewhere.
