I am not one to write reviews; however, I feel that prospective customers need to be aware of what to expect when ordering custom fabric projects through K&N. I purchased custom drapes from them and am extremely disappointed with their client relations, customer service, and communication. After being ridiculed by the owner, accused of being dishonest by employees (and the owner), named called, and hung up on I would suggest utilizing another drapery business elsewhere. Recommendedi am mad, although in lawton I religiously watched yoyr facebook page. Now facebook wont put u on my feed. I have to search for u and many mornings I dont think of it before coffee.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Today they took the time to help me find the exact color I wanted for my dream sofa and gave me some great options to make it happen!
