I have been coming here for a couple of years now and everyone is always friendly and professional. It is always very clean, and everyone does a great job of being polite and friendly enough while maintaining a level of professionalism you would expect from a place that caters to this kind of service. I've been a client of K&M Waxing Center for the past couple of years, and every visit continues to exceed my expectations. All of the waxing specialists here are not only incredibly friendly and professional, but also exceptionally skilled. The level of care and attention to detail they deliver in their work is truly impressive. It is clear to see that they are experts in their craft, and they always make the experience comfortable and seamless. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The experience overall was great; from seamless booking to the ambiance of the space. However, the quality of service and results were poor. After 2-3 weeks I noticed almost all the hair is now 1/4-1/2” long, due to being broken NOT pulled out by the root. Inexperienced technician. Defeats the purpose of waxing, could have shaved.
