Ghetto Ghetto Ghetto. Horrible customer service. Ignorant rude and ghetto is the person who answers the phones and should be fired. Came out 4 days ago and still have no heat. During the coldest week of the year in the single digits with snow and ice on the ground. They can cash our check but can't do work. There is a shocker for a person like that. Worst experience anyone could ever ask for. Extremely unprofessional, they do not do quality work, they don't do anything work. They can cash a check and do no work. No heat for a week, took my money and never heard from them. The manager is ghetto and should be fired. Never use these people!!
