Lack of communication. I asked for a new 6in gutter system and got a quote. There was no explaination what the quote was for(1st mistake).I agreed to the price(2nd mistake). Once they came out and installed the gutter, I thought they looked a little small for 6in. I paid(3rd mistake) and then measured the gutter and saw they were 5in. My advise, make sure the whole crew knows what you want. Double and triple check. I am not happy with this place and would not recommend them until they update there communication.

Kevin installs the finest siding, Soffet and guttering in the area!! Master craftsman, old school work ethic, reasonably priced!! Rapid response for my request for a bid. Kevin worked w us to get the price to fit our budget. Just ask the local builders who they use and you'll hear "Kevin @ K&M Siding!!"
I haven't had work done by them I have issues where they park the truck .. don't block handicapped parking. You are not even in the parking spaces... Just pulled up in front of them. Please be more considerate of others no matter how long you are running into the store.
We had Kevin from K&M siding come and give us an estimate for siding on our house. They had recently worked on our neighbors house and we were very impressed by the final job and how professional they were. Such a professional company. They helped me with decisions I was making and even suggested a few things and it was perfect.
