Unprofessional customer service by the driver
Called and corresponded with Darrell by email and got a quote for two units and a delivery date. But, when I asked him what did he require from me to insure delivery, he never responded to my email. So, I figured that I was going to be without a toilet. But Darrell called the next day to see if I still wanted the two units. He had emailed me but I didn't get it until the next day. I appreciate him following up on it.
