great service
The worst customer service. I made an appointment for Friday afternoon. Never received a time frame, called customer service they said they get back to me. I did not receive a phone call back and no one showed up. Took the day off, changed my plans waiting and a no show. A waste of my time on a Friday.
They were great before switched owners. Opened pool last year in May, wasn’t clear until July! Turns out they never turned the filter on right when opened. They left candy bar wrappers & cans in my shed, made a mess with the chlorine all over the concrete(every time they came), backed up my filter from dumping in DE too fast. I complained to previous owner, Michelle (was still semi involved) & she said she’d talk to them. But nothing changed. They came filthy and spewed profanity when they came, if they showed up.
