Bought some algaecide and shock on the 11th. Very friendly folks that day. Got home and realized my boyfriend had bought a bottle of algaecide from WalMart the same day. We didn't need two bottles. Went in today to inquire about a refund (as I didn't see the "ALL SALES FINAL" sign posted at the register on the 11th). I was greeted with a rude, callous, unsympathetic, simply insensitive person. This rating is for the rock shop in the back of the store every time I come I am welcomed and appreciated and has lots of cool rocks and stuff for the kids also
I was new to the pool scene. Had an above ground installed, they helped me with every aspect of learning the pool and what I needed and how to maintain it now, I feel like an old pro Thanks to them, very helpful, very friendly, enjoyed speaking with them every time! Thanks, guys. I'll be coming in soon. Gotta get ready for the season.
