We are a carrier that came to pick up a load from this place and while loading our brand new trailer they made a hole in the roof. They covered it with the black tape and after the driver arrived at the receiver he saw it. We called them right away to square it out but the manager here, Matt answered the phone, and offensivly admitted he was the one loading the trailer and he didnt want to admit that he did this.
