I would not do business with this company. I called Mike over a week ago for a warranty repair on a Dometic a/c. Mike told me he was very busy and I understand that. He refered me to another tech who was unable to do the repair due to the fact he is not Dometic certified. The new tech sent me back to Mike who I have tried several times to contact via phone and text. I almost wish I could give 0 stars. I have never been able to get a hold of them and they do not call back until 2 or more days later. I cannot even leave a message. I feel that this is a poorly run business. Would not recommend. Once when I was finally able to schedule them, they gave us the estimate that they would be at our fifth wheel around 10am. They finally showed up at 4:30pm.

They were able to get to work on my 5th wheel same day and repaired my furnace quickly. Very professional and courteous.
