We called into K&M on the off chance of getting some ideas about faulty trickle charge to the caravan fridge. Ben checked under the hood then tested the tail socket. He discovered a broken loom lead on the socket plug of the ute. Even though a simple fix, he found and repaired it. We really appreciated Ben stopping what he was doing and taking the time to fault find. We are extremely grateful as it had been a huge concern while travelling.
Great customer service with no B.S. We wanted to get a load test on a battery that wasn't holding charge. The team showed me the test report on our battery confirming it was at the end of its life & installed a new battery to keep us on the road in no time at all.
