Every time I rent something, it is either broken when I get it or breaks it breaks while I have it. I don’t believe the problem is how I am using the equipment. I believe it is a lack of maintenance on the equipment.

This place is judgemental. Man denied me from renting! I own a company never once have we been denied from renting equipment. Always bought it back. But because I had a worker go around to pick up the saw after I signed, showed ID a paid. Greg reason was he supposedly had someone else rent equipment an hand it off. I was notified by my worker around back he needed papers. For them to hand it to him. Im on every job with my workers many I add. Which I’m not thinking because I’ve rented previously ok protocol. I cannot express enough gratitude for the owner of K & M Equipment Rentals LLC. My family and I found ourselves stranded on the side of the highway with a toddler and five dogs. In a moment of desperation, I reached out to him for help. He not only answered our call but showed up promptly, jumped our truck, and even escorted us to the next exit to ensure our safety.
