If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst company I’ve seen when it comes to elevator repair. I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews claiming prompt service — that has never been my experience. Since they began servicing the elevators at my apartment, they’ve been constantly breaking down. Our main elevator has now been out of service for over a month after I was stuck in it for over 45 minutes with no AC in the texas summer, and two others have failed repeatedly due to what appear to be quick,... read more
I accidentally dropped my key in the elevator at DFW airport on Monday evening. I called DFW maintenance on Tuesday morning and had my key returned by 3 PM. Gary was incredible, professional and so easy to work with. 10/10 recommend.
