Jerry the pharmacist an the girls are AWESOME they went beyond helping me we came into a little snag with my insurance an instead of brushing me off an saying we will get back with you it was taken care of right then an there an the meds i really NEEDED I got....reminded me of the old days when pharmacys were where you could go ask questions an get answers....very professional but yet very home town....love it recommend K& M PHARMACY OF LAKE PLACID TO EVERYONE �
RecommendedJerry and staff is wonderful. He does everything he can to get you a fair price and the remember your name. Clean store too.
They have a new pharmacist now, Jerry Nunn, who is caring, wonderful professional! He is one of 17 past named "Pharmacists of the Year" nationally. You can't get the personal attention in chain pharmacies that this pharmacist delivers!
By FAR the WORST pharmacy I've been to. Went to have a prescription filled, the pharmacist was late (he was sitting in his car instead) when he finally comes in he asks for insurance (had prescriptions filled there multiple times already), he can't figure it out tells me I need to call insurance which I didn't have time right that second since it had already been 30 minutes so I asked for my prescription back he threw it across the counter and said "When you come back I won't have it, I'm not filling it."
