K & M let me pick up my medicine at closing time! Best pharmacy, best people working there.
Awful. Worst customer service.
Today I inconvenienced the employee with the long sleeve red shirt, with my urgent script request. Although I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling from her, I thought she would do her job. She said she would call me in about 30 minutes when my order was ready. After an hour and knowing they close at 6pm I showed up at 5:30 as they were locking the doors.
