They are awesome I don't plan on going to no other office the staff is caring and understanding and Miranda is the best if it weren't for her and the others here at k&m I probably would have succumb to my illness but they made sure I got the help and care I needed I love them so much thanks everyone☺️💕
The week before my son's appointment, I sent the office a copy of our insurance card and was told they were in-network with our insurance company. I receive and EOB stating they were not in network, so I let them know. Danielle then proceeds to tell me that We are in network with BCBS, but I am assuming your plan is MUSC specific. It was also billed under the Doctor and not Miranda which is the only person we have ever seen, for a psychiatric visit and not a med check (10 minutes) That would be something you need to determin... read more
Miranda did an excellent job with my cortezone shots, it was the least injection pain I had ever had over numerous years with other providers. I would be very happy with just that, add in the excellent all around customer service and hands down these are 5 star people.
