The nurse is rude and doesn't care Its not free Im a paying customer and was treated very badly on both times I will not be going back both time we're disappointing all I wanted was to get well because of this I've been out of work for a month and dealing with this 10 weeks but the last month its worst and on my 4 doctor thanks to the 3rd docotor in Charleston for listen and caring cuz they didn't if you have any kind of pain go see a outfit that cares
On 7/31/2025 I visited K & M office by a call in appointment to see Mianda due to severe pain in my Left shoulder, to the point I couldn't lift my arm. When called to go back to the examination room my Wife was denied to come back with me. Her nurse came in the room and asked what was my problem. I said my shoulder hurts so bad and I have been this way for a couple of days. The pain is so bad that if I had to blow my nose I couldn't lift my arm to do it. I had very good experience, it was my first appointment and I found everyone there to be pleasant and very knowledgeable. I am confident i have the best care givers.
They are awesome I don't plan on going to no other office the staff is caring and understanding and Miranda is the best if it weren't for her and the others here at k&m I probably would have succumb to my illness but they made sure I got the help and care I needed I love them so much thanks everyone☺️💕
