Had a flat spare in the middle of a rain storm, walked over and asked if I could get air put in it so I could get out the road, but instead they gave me a nasty look and shooed me away when im not even 100 yards away, so I had to sit for an hour waiting for a tow when they could've just turned the compressor on for 30 seconds. If they won't do something as simple and nice as that I'd say it shows a lot of character
The absolute worst shop in charlotte to go to they actually messed my car up some more instead of fixing the problem and when confronted about it very rude didn’t fix the problem or anything horrible experience
All around good customer service. They mean business. Very friendly very nice and efficient. They got the job done and showed me what was wrong and how they fixed it.
