This place was amazing! First of all, they made an appointment with me when I called and then remembered who I was and what the issue was when I brought my car in that day. (I haven't experienced that level of organization and professionalism from mechanic shops in the past.) They called as soon as they had a diagnosis and were honest about my issue being a cheaper fix than originally anticipated. Got me in and out quick for some brake pads and rotors, and at a reasonable price. Will be bringing my car back for future maintenance needs.
Great, honest, reasonable mechanics. I spoke to Kim, one of the owners, a few times on the phone and in person, and she is really sweet. I went in thinking I needed new brake pads, an oil change, and tires rotated. They checked the brake pads and called me to tell me they're fine. They could've easily charged me to replace them, but they were honest instead and I really appreciate that!
They replaced an oil pressure sensor for my daughter who is a UTC student quickly and at a very reasonable price. We can't express how thankful we are to find someone in town to take care of her car while she's away!
They replaced my brakes in no time, and it has been close to a year now since I got it done, and I have had no problems.
