I'm leaving one star because its a requirement. Overall the service was very subpar and rude. My vehicle was towed to the location mid afternoon. I spoke with a mechanic immediately following and was informed my car would be placed on the diagnostic machine. The mechanic informed me that it would be $95 and I could be expecting a phone call within an hour. K and M Auto performed uneeded repairs on my vehicle and charged me 14 hundred dollars. They also left parts off my car and the air conditioning was no longer functioning when I got my vehicle back. I also recorded Kenny, the owner making several contradictory and false statements concerning his so-called service done to my vehicle. In short, they charged me 14 hundred dollars and screwed my car up worse than when I took it to them. If I could give this place less stars, I would. My son took his truck there today to get an alignment, stud replaced and for one they called after "trying" to align the truck and said they couldn't do the alignment bc of the ball joints were "out of wack" first of all the ball joints were JUST replaced. Second they just did a modified inspection less than 4 months ago when the ball joints were replaced. I thinking they dont align many lifted trucks with 35s . last time (which was less at time of inspection)they charged 25 plus tax to replace the stud and put a new lug nut... read more

K&M's did great work and turned out to be very honest. This is the second time since moving to WV that an inspection station tried to put one over on me. Garage A (which shall remain nameless ((they sponsor huge balloons which people fly over ballgames))) told me they would have to reject due to a bad ball joint. Even though I usually don't have the shop that inspected it fix it, I went ahead and asked for numbers. They came up with $585. Last year he and the rest became my "new" mechanic(s) and honestly, I wish I had went to them to begin with! They're so honest and trustworthy! Definitely NOT A CROOK like others in this town! Last year i had to have the top of my motor rebuilt. From the time the tow truck dropped it, to the time they were done... Five days!!!!
