I was calling to ask a question about my car, and the guy on the phone cut me off as soon as I started talking. He was so rude, didn’t even let me ask my question. It’s okay if he hasn’t worked on the type of car I got; it’s the way you speak to people.

Bought a car here July 2025 for $5,000. They gave me a 6 month warranty on anything they had done to the car, which they said they don't even usually do. Everything was great..... until it wasnt. The warranty would have ended in December. A month later in January, I was driving down the interstate when I smelled a weird smell like coolant. My experience was mixed, but do not recommend them and would not go back. They are attentive on the phone but the mechanic left important parts off my Acura MDX two separate times last year and my Acura RDX. Some of those mess ups have cost me time and money with other shops who found issues and remedied them. KM sort of addressed a couple issues but essentially charged me to fix their mistakes. I did demand and receive a refund for some of the work but found so many issues I cut losses and moved on.

We had some brake issues in our truck as we were passing through for a family vacation. The guys at KM worked so hard to get us back on the road quickly. We are very appreciative.

WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR YEARS AND FOUND THEM TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICE. MARK AND HIS DAD ARE HONEST AND ALWAYS HELPFUL!
