Excellent Service Ken and the guys do excellent work and guarantee it. Excellent problem solving and mechanical knowledge. They do routine service on all makes and models. No job is to big or to small. Their work is done in a timely manner and finished as promised.
Terrible Customer Service A few months ago, I took my car to KM Auto Repair for them to diagnose and fix a problem. After I dropped my car off, I did not hear back from them for days. I called them to ask what was going on and they said that they had been busy and would get around to looking at my car later that day. They said that they would give me a call as soon as they had a chance to look at it. I didn't hear back from them that day or the next day. Helicopters & New Engines When I first moved to Kennesaw/Acworth area 13 years ago, my son had a Hess toy helicopter. A part on it broke and needed a weld. I stopped in and just asked if they knew of anyone who could fix this toy (it was one of his favorites) and David took it right to the back and fixed it right then and didn't charge me anything. David and Kent have been fixing all of our cars since then. They are honest, above all, and won't fix something that doesn't need fixing. They have done as little as change a flat... read more
