So disappointed, it is almost December and my taxes are still not sent to IRS. I keep calling, but dont get return calls. Early summer they said they needed at 1099 for an account that no longer exists, I left a message concerning that and still have not had a return call. Frustrated beyond belief
Had an appointment scheduled, but had to re-schedule due to work conflict. I called 6 times, left 2 voicemails, and no response. I'll be calling someplace else now.
