I recommend you go to any one the many shops in the area. The lead tech is rude and acts like she doesn't care for the business. If customer service is important to you, DONT GO HERE!!! I went 3 times to make sure it wasn't just a bad day, but it was the same. They don't even massage your hands after a manicure.
7/06/25 NOT HAPPY ! Today I called few minutes before 10 am nail salon opened. Talk to manager today & scheduled a 1030 am appt today with Lillie for pedicure. I let Mgr know I'm on my way & on 32nd ST & THOMAS in Phoenix. I was given confirmation my appt 1030 am is good with Lillie today. I arrive early at 1015 am. I call while I'm parking my vehicle in front of the naik salon. I talk to the same mgr - I am here now. Mgr says Lillie busy now at 1015 am and Lillie will be ready at 11:00 am. I asked the Mgr. Very happy with thid establishment.
I get my nails done and feet done here every two weeks! They are amazing! Vanessa is my girl!!! She does amazing pedicures! And Kim does amazing nails, and eyebrows! Definitely recommend.
