AMAZING customer service! When I walk into the Salon I immediately relax because it smells "Aveda wonderful". Allison has been my hairstylist for a little over a year. She feels like a fun friend I've known all my life and is amazing at her craft. She cuts my thin wavy hair so it looks fuller and healthy. The warm towel on my neck and forehead at the sink bowl feel like spa comforts. The scalp/hand massage, and serving my Aveda tea exactly how I like it, are bonus perks. Kathryn always makes me feel amazing! I’ve had so many compliments on my haircut today and it’s such a nice pick-me-up. My appointments are on-time and everyone in the salon and boutique is very knowledgeable. If you haven’t checked out the boutique yet, do so soon! They have a wide variety of high quality items and also assist with styling, which is very helpful. I recently bought several outfits for a trip and it was very helpful.
Interesting how all the reviews below 4 stars got deleted. I'm reposting mine. I've been coming here every week for 6 months. I've had haircuts, color, nails, blow outs, makeup tutorial & purchased items from the boutique. Maureen, receptionist, has been the only one who has been friendly. While I usually like the job my stylist did her moods were difficult to deal with. The final "straw" was when I went in Friday for an appt & was completely ignored.
