The gentleman that owns these storage unit is a very nice man he's always very helpful have kept him pasta hours more than once and well I know he minded he didn't seem too but I felt bad but I really appreciated him they're very kind

I rented from this man for 5 years, in those 5 years my storage was broken into at least 4x's. I couldn't afford to move my things. When my Storage was broken into instead of offering to replace my lock for my inconvenience and loss of anything of mine that was precious or irreplaceable, he was happy to SELL me a new lock for $8😲 He had no compassion or remorse for what happened he got angry & defensive when I asked him why he didn't have better security. We were with them (not by choice) for 5 years. In those 5 years we were broken into 6 times. The owner has no customer service skills. They literally stole my kitchen table, and most anything they could pick up. After break ins the owner made us pay him if we wanted to buy a new lock from him. Had my customers had their units broken into then I would have offered them a free lock. He refused to up any security measures when I asked he got offended.
