While I'm appreciative that the technician came out at 10pm at night to help me and my husband get back into our home. I'm not 100% satisfied with the service. A screwdriver was used to get us back in and our wooden door frame was destroyed by his attempts to get in. I thought locksmiths used a pick lock or something like that.
