I received excellent service, for a reasonable price!!
This is an excellent service and repair place for your car(s). Polite, straight-forward, honest and good quality work. We have older cars (2003 and 2006), so they really need some TLC, and I was so glad to have K&L work on them (they have done major and minor work on them). I will keep coming back, as I trust them to do a good job and not over-charge me. When (sadly) these cars "die", their replacements will also be coming here.
The highest standards of quality in auto repair in Chestertown and in the extended outlying areas of Kent & Queen Anne County's. K & L Services are courteous and at the same time technically knowledgeable with regards to all Auto repair. I highly recommend everyone to K & L Services for all of your Auto repairs!
My young daughter, mother of 2 brought her car in for a oil change. She goes to pick up her car and is presented a bill of $150.00. He rotated tires, $45 and did synthetic oil change. I called for her. I asked him why he did the rotation and the synthetic and just do what my daughter asked. He said he did what the owners manual said to do.... Now she is at his store to question him and he will not come out from garage area..
Great People, Know what they are doing, Very thorough, always take care of my car there. Dave and Donnie are experts.
