We made a HUGE mistake hiring Davis Contracting (aka KLS of the Carolinas) owned by Roger Davis for a really large fire renovation. Their work is First Rate, however their communication is very poor. They have a very competent office person, however she does not have any information concerning work schedules. Her boss has all that information and does not see fit to provide this information to the office person or to his customer. I had to wait over three weeks to get an estimated time to start the work for which he had given me a proposal.
