I have been going to Kelly for cuts and highlights since 2007! I’m writing this as I celebrate 18 years of getting my hair done every 6 weeks at K & L. Kelly is very talented and stays current on all things hair. I am always very pleased with my hair when I walk out of there. She is both professional and kind. Her communication is top notch. My experience with this establishment by owner Kelly was outrageous. All I wanted was color and to have my hair lay straight as I left shop with wet hair. Kelly charges extra for brow color. Twice before service was acceptable. Current experience was extremely disturbing. People go to a place like this to look and feel better about themselves.
