Ran a load for these guys on 9/8/25, now and they owe us detention at shipper. They have yet to send an updated rate con. or answer our emails. We upheld our end, were at shipper at 6am as requested, delivered the load safely, direct and on time. Communicated from start to finish. As soon as we requested detention, they essentially stopped responding. Just another typical shady brokerage. Unfortunate.
I this industry we don't always get things done or right. But this company did take the time to correct the issues I had and I'm satisfied with the outcome.
Broker will melt your phone asking for updates... I received 8 emails and 7 phone calls from 7pm till 3am. Just asking for an update?!?! My driver had tracking on and pick up and delivered on time. Won't be working with this Broker again. Absolutely insane to call several times at 1 and 3am asking for an update. Smh treat carriers better.
