Zero respect and tolerance towards their customers. If you offer someone a refund and go through with it you just don't ask the customer, after months later, to payback the refund. It was your mistake so you can't just blame it on the customer as if they were in the wrong, because they aren't. If that wasn't bad enough, not allowing the customer to leave until they pay you back the refund when they have no obligation to do so is completely abhorrent.
