The staff and Dr. Dame truly care about animals which is evident in the care they give my cats. I have confidence in Dr. Dame that he always does what he feels is right for Kylie and Kaelin.

Took our new kitty there this morning. They were able to get him in right away, every other vet told me three weeks 😳. Kitten was looked at and diagnosed. The doctor also gave very good information about Manx cats; what to expect, how their diet needs to be, health concerns that could arise. We will absolutely be taking all of our cats there from now on.
The people! The entire staff is compassionate, experienced, and very knowledgeable. Dr Dame and Lisa have taken care of my cats for over 25 years! I can't recommend highly enough!

I have always received the best care for my cats here. The staff also care about me. I have brought my cats in for routine check ups, immunizations, sickness, and when the time came to have them euthanized as well. It is never easy when you need vet care but I highly recommend Kalamazoo Cat Hospital.
Misdiagnosed my boyfriends cat and prescribed a medication that clearly says on the bottle it was made for DOGS only. Then refused to give us a refund after we complained. Terrible service. Unwilling to work with you. Never subject your animal to this.

We are very sorry you are dissatisfied with the care we have provided for your boyfriend's cat. The medication in question was appropriately used in an extra-label manor. This is often necessary in veterinary medicine as there are limited approved products available for each individual species of pet. Often drug companies will only seek FDA approval for dogs because it is less expensive to do this and they know veterinarians have the option of extra-label usage.
