In February of 2024 Business made an unlawful and unconstitutional tow of my 2018 BMW 428i xDrive M Sport Convertible. Business Provided no paperwork corresponding to such unlawful tow. Me, the Customer, made a $200.00 (improper) cash payment for return of vehicle. Business Provided no receipt for payment. K&L held my car while insurance determined its post accident disposition. It was totaled so I dropped by, unannounced, to collect everything before turning it over to insurance for scrap. Guys at K&L were friendly, helpful, offered to remove license plate, and remind me to look over several times before finishing to insure nothing was overlooked. Friendly and helpful. I was not involved in payment so cannot comment on this.
Always great. My regular go-to for all regular vehicle maintenance.
