Great service and knowledgeable! They treated us right with our unexpected breakdown. Got us back on the road and on our way! Thanks to Chris and Shane and the rest of the staff.
CAUTION! Poor workmanship, repeat issues, no accountability! I brought my car in for an air blower replacement and provided a brand-new OEM blower motor. Within a week, it fell through my dash (see video). When I called, I was told, “we just replaced what you brought in” -when the failure was clearly due to improper installation, not the part. I gave them a chance to fix it. The staff were rude, took no accountability, and the “lead mechanic” still didn’t reassemble the glovebox correctly, (which now needs to be fixed) leavi... read more
Very professional and friendly, they had my car in and out in a timely manner and went out of their way to make it as smooth as possible. Was very pleased with the quality of work done to my car. Highly recommend K & L for any type of service needed.
