K&L fixed my Honda CRV after I got rear ended! I am so happy with their service and am thankful for the work they did to get my car back up and running. We are forever customers to K&L after our experience with them last May.
I had to stop here after having some car trouble on the way to Nashville. They had the issue repaired and me back on the road in no time!
I had my insurance company assign my vehicle to K & L for repairs from a minor accident. They accepted the assignment on December 10, 2024 and said they would contact us when they had an opening. On February 24, 2025 I had my insurance reassign my vehicle to Creative Collision Center. 2 1/2 months have gone by with no contact by K & L. There is no excuse for such poor service.
Absolutely do not recommend this shop for anything, they owe me $1200 total cost of my vehicle to get towed back home. My quote was $640, bill was $976. Would not release my car unless bill was paid in full, my car was not fixed, they never cared if it was or not as long as you paid them in full to get your car back. told me would run camera before doing work. and a compression test never did check with camera. Ran compression test, after work was done than said it was another $140 on bill for test. No proof of certification... read more
