I bought a car from them and they did the transfer of documents online. after a few days i got a letter from DVLA that I’m no longer the register keeper of the car (i didn't even get the V5) which means that after he transferred the car to me he gave another address where to get the new V5 and changed the owner again! since 5 weeks I have a problem and I can't get the new car documents. I bought a car from them that was faulty, the owner assured me that if I left the car, I would get half the cost for repair. I did not get anything and now, when the 3-month warranty has passed, the engine fell apart despite the seller's assurances that it was in very good condition, the timing chain was supposed to be new and when it broke and the mechanic took it apart, it turned out that it was original from 2012. No contact from the owner, I'm just going to talk to a lawyer and there will be a case for reimbursement
