I worked here for 7 months. I really enjoyed the opportunities presented to me at this plant. This is a very small family buisness and it's employees are very close. Weekly meetings ensure employees voices are being heard by the management and main figure heads. I came here with little stamping skills and left with a plethora of skills in both stamping and die work. I was treated good and fairly. Best company I ever work for, Doug is great worked with me when I had problems, oh and Tammy in Human resources is the best, never had a better HR person! And Jason Skorupski best manager ever, worked with me when I had scheduling issues, if they would pay me better I would have stayed
