Found a large raised area behind the siding and a piece of uneven flashing The repairman found a loose ~2 foot long piece of 2X4 causing the “raised area”. He also stated the uneven flashing was caused by the installer trying secure a piece of flashing that was cut too long and secured with excessive nails resulting in it buckling. The CSR on the phone was adamant that we should pay for the poor workmanship because we were 4 months past the 1-year warranty.
