Today I was there and they were really nasty and didn’t show the desire to help. They have bad customer service. Due to this experience I will never go back to this place again and of course I don’t want my friends to go there and expend their money in that place.

RecommendedVery impressed by the friendly staff and excellent service. We brought in our camper to have K & K replace our awning fabric and see why our refrigerator was not working. We also had just had a water line break. They did everything in record time, and were very reasonable with all the prices. We will definitely be back next time we need anything. We highly recommend K & K for all your RV needs.
I am retracting my 4 star rating after returning an item of which was already opened and repackaged. I was flat out rudely accused of returning a used shower hose by the two counter workers. The old lady was extremely accusatory and and condescending. I was also told that they do not take back open plumbing items....which is fine BUT common sense says DO NOT repackage unreturnable items that aren't returnable because they are repackaged.....then accuse the customer for doing it. 🤦♀️ If anyone cares, there are plenty of oth... read more

Great service. Expert advice. Polite and caring. On top of that I trusted them with my problem and charged me fairly and honestly.
These are great people! A family business for 40 years. They do good work at a fair price, free wifi while waiting.
