Nice guy but does not return calls or texts. Had to find a reputable company to help us with our pool before swim season starts. Would not recommend attempting to do business with this company.
Not sure that this person is still in business. Phone calls go unanswered.
Let me start by saying this company has the best customer service I have experienced by far. Joe, the owner has gone above and beyond for us many times. Not only does he open and close our pool every year, but we had an issue last year and one this year that could not wait. During his busiest season, late spring he found the time to come out and take care of the issue we had right away. If you need any of their services, I would highly recommend them.
