Last year (at the end of May), this company replaced the motor on my pool pump and charged me $660 for the repair, which included a 1-year warranty on the motor. At the time, a complete pump replacement, including labor and taxes, was around $1,600. Fast forward to this year: the motor failed less than 1.5 months after the warranty expired. Nice guy but does not return calls or texts. Had to find a reputable company to help us with our pool before swim season starts. Would not recommend attempting to do business with this company.

Let me start by saying this company has the best customer service I have experienced by far. Joe, the owner has gone above and beyond for us many times. Not only does he open and close our pool every year, but we had an issue last year and one this year that could not wait. During his busiest season, late spring he found the time to come out and take care of the issue we had right away. If you need any of their services, I would highly recommend them.
Joe and his crew are great. He knows everything and anything about pools. He is also a great guy and easy to talk to. Also, he is reasonably priced and never tries to up charge.
