HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Stay away from this place. They are going to rip off from you even though the insurance surely covers the visit. I still haven’t got the refund (paid out of pocket) even though it’s been 4 weeks since my visit, and the insurance already processed my claim weeks ago. Super rude reception and billing department- they clearly don’t know how to do their jobs
This office was good a couple of years ago but my recent experience was horrible. I was significantly overcharged twice, wasted hours waiting for an appointment and dealing with incompetent receptionist. Issues arose with the most basic things at every stage of my interaction with the office. My insurance provider had to call them and demand a refund for me, which I still have not received a month after the visit. The administration needs to be changed. Will never come back. Stay away.
The worst doctors, huge queues, complete chaos in records, constantly losing tests and confusing patients, never come, it's dangerous for your health!
Went in to do annual gyno physical they did not do no blood pressure test no urine test no weigh no blood works did not even exam the brest focus was more to pay $300 deduction fee i alway go to this office had great service before but now it's the worst my experience there today I will never return
