I recently got assigned K&K heating through my warranty company and was not impressed. They did wait 45 minutes for my renter to arrive back at my rental unit, which I will give them credit for. They did not call me while on-site (only after back in the office) and hung up on me twice when I asked if we could replace the toilet that night. I'm not normally a review writing person, but when my furnace quit and I went looking for someone to fix it, I didn't know where to start.
