One of the worst experiences I’ve had with installers. Purchased a gas dryer from Lowe’s and they were who Lowe’s outsourced the install to. Well the worker gouged multiple holes in the floor of the home I’m currently renting amounting to $375 worth of damage. Perry told the damage claims rep that it is fishy that I called about the damage as quickly as I did and made similar comments about the quotes. Fixed my problem but was very expensive and charged credit card fees be aware before you call them and be aware of the fees. To add we waited 2 days for the service to be completed. I'd rather pay fees to a company that can handle a minor emergency right away not later and then charge more fees. Won't use them again almost 500 Dollars (125 of that was a fee to shut off that same style valve when we initially called 2 days earlier for an estimate to replace it) what a rip off. Thanks guys.
