Very satisfied with the service. I arrived with a crack in my new windshield and my vehicle was taken into the shop immediately. Excellent service. Not only was the crack fixed right way but the work was complimentary. I will definitely be using K & K Glass for future work.
Owner totally detached from customer. Didn’t have a washroom ?? When finished he stayed on the phone and even moved his personal call to another room while I stood there waiting to leave. Told his worker to tell me I can leave. No customer appreciation. Plus his young child was scootering around customers vehicles in for repair including mine. Terrible terrible service.Shop worker was cool
Quick and efficient service! Got the part for my vehicle within a few days and gave me the appointment date that I requested. Second time here, would go again.
