Horrible service, rude and unprofessional
I had a mixed experience with this company. The crew who came out to replace a hinge on our door was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. The repair itself was completed quickly and without issue, and I appreciated their professionalism on site. Unfortunately, the experience afterward was very disappointing. a lot cheaper, faster, and easier than I expected...these guys are top notch!! highly recommended.
Kevin and his guys were wonderful to work with. We had a glass door that was over extended so I called Kevin. He was delightful to chat with and then two gentlemen arrive within 30 minutes. They were kind and professional and had fixed the door within minutes of arriving. I am thrilled with the service we received and will only be using KK Glass for all our glass door needs! Would definitely recommend 13/10!
We have experienced good service from KK Glass before, but this morning impressed me. We had a glass door frame break in the wind yesterday. I called a few minutes before their posted opening time and they answered with a friendly voice. He remembered our building from their install 7 years ago and a couple of similar service calls. They take care of us every time -- Rock Solid Athletics.
