Kevin and his guys were wonderful to work with. We had a glass door that was over extended so I called Kevin. He was delightful to chat with and then two gentlemen arrive within 30 minutes. They were kind and professional and had fixed the door within minutes of arriving. I am thrilled with the service we received and will only be using KK Glass for all our glass door needs! Would definitely recommend 13/10!
We have experienced good service from KK Glass before, but this morning impressed me. We had a glass door frame break in the wind yesterday. I called a few minutes before their posted opening time and they answered with a friendly voice. He remembered our building from their install 7 years ago and a couple of similar service calls. They take care of us every time -- Rock Solid Athletics.
All the other glass companies said 7-10 days to order glass. KK glass came out to measure and then put the glass in the same day. Fast and friendly.
Complete lack of morals when spoken to employees of kk glass. Do not recommend them on any job site I expected more respect, being from Lubbock TX
