I phoned to see if they could look at my car the next morning. Came in at 10, had a good look, made sure I understood what was wrong with it and what I could do. Very good at explaining the issue especially as someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Kind, patient and very helpful.

I was driving through Ashburton on my way to Christchurch and unfortunately broke down out of nowhere. This garage was very prompt and truly went above and beyond to get me on the road again. Due to being in Ashburton on a business trip my van developed a problem that had to be diagnosed to see what the problem was. I emailed thru on the evening I arrived explaining what was happening and only in the area for a day. Not only was I given a prompt reply Jay saw my van first thing the next morning and although the news was not good the prompt professional service I received would highly recommend this business. They even dropped me at my mums house while they assessed my vehicle. Thank you
